I shot a lot at the Capitol this summer- not only because it's air conditioned but it has great light!

It was smoking hot outside when I shot this couples enagement - so we stayed in the shade and went to Amy's  Ice Cream on South Congress to cool off!
Their wedding was in August  but luckily almost all indoors and Amy's Ice Cream was served -the Grooms favorite!
Congratulations Amanda & James and your new adventures in Dallas!

I'm a little behind on posting all my summer weddings since we had tons of summer engagements, bridals & babies!
First up - cute couple of architects who share a love of mid century modern, art,  nature walks dog runs, children's books and creative energy!
Cheers to Brett and Travis and their fall wedding at Barr Mansion!
I'll post 2 other engagements this week- stay tuned........
