Hermann Hall was a natural place for Skylar & Matthieu to get married since her parents have been bringing her and her sister here for years to watch the swing dancing! The couple met in San Francisco but had their ceremony in Dallas. Skylar's Mom Augie's took care of the decorations- her inspiration for their bohemian decor came from local thrift stores and their vintage Kilim rugs from home, they used a thrift store screen draped with vintage saris from India and tied them to chairs as well with Daisy's. Both of their families decorated the tables and chairs with vintage bottles filled with flowers and gave a California music mix DVD and cookies to take away for guests. With their Dutch and French Heritages- this was a FUN reception dance party!
